K-13 Xenotech Research Tier I is required to purchase the Kligat.
K-13 Xenotech Research Tier II is required to purchase the Kelvan Stasis Belt and Staff of Landru.
K-13 Xenotech Research Tier III is required to purchase the Methuselah Drone and Nomad Support Drone.
As with all Fleet Holdings, you can get yourself invited to a different fleet's K-13 that is already upgraded to Tier III if your own fleet is lacking that particular upgrade.
