Die Ketha Lowlands sind eine eher arme Region von Qo'noS, gekennzeichnet durch Landwirtschaft. Das Haus von Martok hat dort eine Villa, Kanzler Martoks stammen beide aus der Ketha Provinz.

- “Das Haus zu Fall bringen!”: Lady Sirella requests the player and Alexander Rozhenko to hunt down an assassin she suspects in the Ketha Lowlands. Although the player thwarts the attempt of the Romulan Tarsen to detonate an explosive at the Martok Mansion, Tarsen escapes and manages to kill Sirella's grandson M'ven on Forcas III.
- “Das Haus gewinnt immer ...”: Back at the Martok estates in the Ketha Lowlands, Worf performs the Ak'voh for M'ven, sending his spirit to Sto-vo-kor.
