Research Lab Development Facilities Tier I is required to purchase the Mk XII kit frames.
Research Lab Development Facilities Tier II is required to purchase the Mk XIII kit frames.
Research Lab Research Facilities Tier I is required to purchase the Mk XII kit modules.
Research Lab Research Facilities Tier II is required to purchase the Mk XIII kit modules.
As with all Fleet Holdings, you can get yourself invited to a different fleet's Research Lab that is already upgraded to Tier III if your own fleet is lacking that particular upgrade.
Kit Rahmen[]
These Kitrahmen increase a player's Weapon Proficiency, Shield Hit Points, Kit Performance (or Armor Expert) and one low-level version of an ability belonging to another player class, depending on the type purchased. They are all available in Mk XII and Mk XIII, which only effects the quality of their modifiers, it does not effect the number of Modifiers. Kit Frames store can be found in the west wing of the Fleet Research Lab.
