Basic Information

• Game Description: When activated, this console deals significant electrical damage and a significant resistance debuff to your primary target. The disruptions spread from the target to two foes within 5km of them, causing slightly reduced damage and debuffing. The disruptions finally spread from two targets to two new targets within 2.5km each, dealing again reduced electrical damage and leaving a reduced damage resistance debuff before completely dissipating.
