Developed for ships designed to withstand harsh conditions and unfriendly encounters in the newly-discovered Solanae Dyson Sphere, Destabilized Proton Beam is an effective weapon to be used not only against the Voth and Undine, but against all the enemies of the Alliance. Equipped on a versatile Dyson Science Destroyer, abilities such as this quickly turn a small science vessel into a deadly warship. Destabilized Proton Beam is generated by the [Console - Universal - Proton Destabilizer Module]. It can be further enhanced. If three consoles from the Solanae Hybrid Technologies Set are equipped, its cooldown will be lowered, and if all four consoles are equipped, it will be enhanced to deal its damage over time much more quickly.

  • Game Description: You can overload your Deflector and fire a devastating Destabilized Proton Beam that causes heavy Proton damage over time with 50% Shield Penetration. Every second the Proton Beam will arc off to a random target within 10km, which will then arc to an additional target. These Proton arcs deal minor damage with 50% Shield Penetration.

    Proton Arc damage isn't affected by buffs and debuffs.
