The Fleet Support ability is granted to all classes upon reaching Rear Admiral, Lower Half (42). If you are below 50% hull, Fleet Support can be activated and a random starship (ranging from a frigate to a dreadnought) will appear to aid you in battle. [1] [2] [3]
