Shield Frequency Modulation is a Cruiser Command ability. It boosts the shield regeneration and hardness of the cruiser and all nearby allies.

  • Game Description: This Command boosts the shield regeneration rate and shield hardness of the cruiser and nearby allies. Shield Frequency Modulation is a defensive Command intended to increase the survivability of allied ships.

PBAOE Shield Regen and Hardness

  • Affects Friend and Self (20 max)
    • +10% damage reduction to Shields for yourself and nearby allies
    • +10% Shield Regeneration for yourself and nearby allies
