Weapons Malfunction disables a targets ranged weapons for a short time and reduces the damage they deal when they come back online. It also has a chance to expose the target.
This ability is useful for forcing enemies with powerful ranged weapons to engage in melee combat. It also can prevent enemies with special attacks such as Rebecca Simmons and Armek of Borg from either using them or reducing their damage.

- Game Description: Weapons Malfunction overloads the target's weapons, reducing its damage. It will also temporarily take the targets weapon offline. When a target's weapons come back online, the target come resistant to Weapons Malfunction. If a target is resistant, the duration of Weapons Malfunction will be cut in half.
