Game Description

The Klingon Honour Guard have acquired Starfleet's cutting-edge impulse engines which provides emergency thrusters and improved maneuverability. Their fine tuning enhances overall engine performance and in conjunction with the warp core they regulate an asynchronous warp field that improves warp speed for any vessel.

Note: The impulse trail changes color.

Note: Adapted K.H.G. Impulse Engines come with an innate Driver Coil bonus; Mk X = +7.5, Mk XI = +8.1 and Mk XII = +8.8. With zero points allocated to the Driver Coil skill the speed experienced when using the Mk X engine is Transwarp 13.49. When using the Mk XI engine the speed experienced is 13.53 and for the MK XII engine the experienced speed is Transwarp 13.57. Having more points allocated to the Driver Coil skill will increase the sector speed of all Adapted K.H.G. Impulse Engines beyond Transwarp 14.

Game Description

The Klingon Honour Guard have acquired Starfleet's cutting-edge shield technology which relies on highly resistant fields that absorb and redirect incoming energy. The Adapted K.H.G. shield array channels a small amount of power into the ship's systems when absorbing energy. The shields are also specifically tuned to resist plasma weapons.

Note: The shield gives the ship a blue tone when it reflects light and the warp trail changes.
