- Adina Charles used to give “Defend the Beta Ursae Sector Block”, “Defend the Alpha Trianguli Sector Block”, and “Defend the Zeta Andromedae Sector Block” until all "Defend"-wrapper missions were removed from the game.
- Lt. Cmdr. Charles also used to hand out certain Exploration Cluster missions which were removed from the game with the Season 9.5 update on 17 July 2014.
