The Alliance Khitomer Bundle was originally a free, limited-time, account-wide giveaway, released on June 2nd, 2020 for PC and August 19, 2020 for Consoles. This giveaway did not include an Ultimate Tech Upgrade.
It was re-released on PC in Mudd's Market on August 2nd, 2022, bundled with an Ultimate Tech Upgrade.

The character that this bundle is initially purchased on will receive 1x [Ultimate Tech Upgrade]. This upgrade can only be claimed once per account at initial purchase.
The Uniform is automatically unlocked on purchase of the bundle. The Vanity shield must be claimed from "Promotions" tab of the Zen Store.
