The Aokii System is a system located in the Betazed Sector.

The residents of Aokii II overwhelmingly support the True Way, and the system is one of the organization's strongholds near Cardassian space. The Aokii council is led by Elar Churick, and he won the last election on a platform of strong defense and rejection of "Federation sloth."
There are claims that Churick was once a member of the Obsidian Order, but his only answer to the questions about his past is to say that he was "a loyal servant of the Cardassian Union."
