1. Deep Space 9: Speak with the Security Officer located in the cells area within the promenade Security Office (a.k.a Odo's office).
2. Earth Spacedock: Speak with the Caitian Security Officer located in Spacedock Operations (the area with Admiral Quinn). The Security Officer can be found in the lower area beside the main windows, on the right-hand side.
3. Starbase 39: Speak with the Caitian Security Officer in the lounge area outside the Transporter Room.
4. Deep Space K-7: Speak with the Caitian Security Officer in the main area.
5. Fleet Starbase: Take the turbolift to the tactical floor. The Human Security Officer is located to the left upon entering the main room.
6. New Romulus Command: Speak with the Romulan Security Officer in the Planetary Data Center (available to Romulans allied with Federation).
