Azura Personal Comm Code is a unique item from “Stranded in Space” that allows Federation captains to contact Captain Brott of the S.S. Azura II to purchase commodities, use mail or bank, and access the Exchange. It has a 2 hour cooldown.

It is analogous to the Klingon [Vov'wI Personal Comm Code], Romulan [Suliban Cell Ship Personal Comm Code], and the [Kobayashi Maru Transponder]. The [Personal Karemma Trader Comm Code] offers the same service as these, but on ground maps.

This item only works in sector space. For example it will not work on ground maps like Starfleet Academy or in system space like the Sol System or in mission space.

Usage[]

Once the player is in sector space and has the Azura Personal Comm Code in their inventory, an ability appears in the ability screen. Pressing the Azura button makes the S.S. Azura II spawn near you in sector space. Once spawned, any nearby Federation player have access to Mail, Bank, Exchange and the Azura shop. The freighter despawns after 5 minutes, and has 2 hour cooldown, and starts 20 minute cooldown on other freighter beacons, such as [Kobayashi Maru Transponder]. The cooldown is only being reduced while logged in in sector space or in system space. It is paused on ground maps, or when the character is logged out.

Vendor[]

When summoned in Sector Space, for 5 minutes allows to sell at 40%, and to buy the following (Ferengi captains do not get any discount):

Notes[]

  • Despite the fact that Engineering players can save the original S.S. Azura during “Stranded in Space”, the Azura Personal Comm Code is unaffected and only summons the S.S. Azura II.
  • Players can often find volunteers inviting others to the bridges of ships offering mail, bank, and Exchange services in the Call D'Kora or Nandi, Call Tuffli, Public Service, and possibly other channels.
