The Barge of the Dead
In Klingon mythology, the Barge of the Dead is a ship that sails on an ocean of blood, carrying the souls of the damned to Gre'thor. The barge is captained by Kortar, the ferryman.
Missions involved[]
“Afterlife”: After meditating at the shrine of Kahless, the player and their crew find themselves on the barge of the dead, and must confront the ferryman and rally the condemned to seek passage to Gre'thor.
“Leap of Faith”: The player gains passage on the Barge as they search for the soul of L'Rell.
Formerly involved[]
- “The Gates of Gre'thor”: The barge reaches the very gates of Gre'thor, where the souls of the dishonored give battle upon its guardians, the Fek'Ihri.
