The Beacon of Kahless is a ship device that calls in DSC-era Klingon reinforcements.
This device calls ships full of Klingon warriors to fight and die with you in the light of Kahless. The light itself is blindingly bright, disabling nearby enemies for 8 seconds and eliminating aggro when the light fades (players in Threatening Stance preserve their threat). The ships will provide assistance for up to 45 seconds, after which they will seek honor elsewhere.
It can only be activated while in combat, with a 5 minute recharge time. It activates a 2 minute shared cooldown on Fleet Support, and other reinforcement beacons. Cannot be set to auto-execute, and cannot be used while piloting a small craft.
Acquisition[]
The Beacon of Kahless is reclaimable by accounts who completed the “Battle at the Binary Stars” Featured TFO, which ran from November 14, 2018 to December 5, 2018.
It can now be purchased from the Zen Store for 8,000 
under the name Blinded by the Light Pack as part of "Mudd's Market", though it periodically goes on massive discounts (upwards of 85% during special promotional sales).
