The Breen Captain is a Thot who commands the Breen forces responsible for the destruction of Deferi transports in the Deferi Outpost 3 System. Two other Breen Captains attack the Kelvani Belt and the Deferi Patrol, respectively. One of them is an Ak'ched.

- “Aiding the Deferi (Daily)”:
- “Supplies Overdue”: After fighting off some of his forces and retrieving supplies from the incapacited transports, this Thot sarcastically informs you that he and his troops expected Starfleet's finest troops and regards it as a shame that you were sent instead. Like Thot Wen he reminds you of the Breen attack on Earth during the Dominion War.
- “Colony Invasion”: Several Breen Captains lead squads attacking a Colony that the players must defend.
