The Breen Patrol is located in the Breen Sector of the Alpha Quadrant. It is a moving NPC ship, used as access point to the mission “Rescue Deferi Captives (Daily)”.

- The Breen Patrol is not a traditional system; it is a NPC ship traveling from the Breen System 'east', to the border of the Breen Sector. To interact with the patrol, the aforementioned mission needs to be picked up from Ambassador Surah first.
- After an absence due to the Galaxy Map revamp released with Season Ten: The Iconian War, the Breen Patrol was again re-added to the game.
