Chiron II is the site of a Starfleet outpost dedicated to aid Romulan colony worlds.
Missions formerly involved[ | ]
- “Friend of My Enemy”: In 2409, Admiral T'nae sends the player to Chiron II to transport medical supplies from there to the Rashana System. Quartermaster Ekanath Malik provides those and states that the outpost wishes to be a good neighbour to the Romulans. The outpost is staffed by a number of Starfleet officers.

- Although it is still mentioned in the description text of the Chiron System, Chiron II is no longer accessible since the revamp of the Romulan Mystery episode.
- Map and interior of the outpost was a reuse of the Deepspace K7 station. The Starfleet officers populating Chiron II even referred to Commander Naomi Wildman.
