Console - Universal - Bombing Run can be obtained from the Dhailkhina Command Strike Wing Warbird (Cross Faction Tier 6, [Picard Zhat Vash Lock Box]). This console can be equipped on any ship and can be put into any console slot. Players may only equip one of these consoles.

This console summons several Heavy Bombers to attack your target, dealing heavy Kinetic and Plasma Damage.
This console also provides a passive boost to Plasma Damage and Critical Hit Chance.
