The Console - Universal - Chroniton Particle Exciter is obtained from the Sagittarius Temporal Cruiser (Zen Store, 3,000 
, FED Tier 6). This console can only be equipped on the Temporal Cruiser, the Temporal Cruiser (T6) and the Fleet Temporal Cruiser (T6), but can be put into any of their console slots. Player may only equip one of these consoles.

When this ability is activated you and your team mates will gain a massive boost to damage resistance and all out going hull and shield heals are substantially more powerful for the duration of this effect.
This console also provides a passive boost to Maximum Hull Hit Points and Kinetic Damage Resistance.
