This can be obtained by the players of all factions from the [Section 31 Lock Box] or [Infinity Lock Box].
This can be equipped on any starship, in any console slot, and only can equip 1 of these consoles.
Game Description[]
Activating this console causes the ship's flanking damage bonus to improve against the primary target. In cases where the weapons fire is not flanking the primary target, the system instead improves the ship's Speed, Turn Speed, and Damage Resistance, optimizing it for maneuver. Section 31 employs sophisticated algorithms to optimize much of its activity, including the flight patterns of its ships. The console uses a dedicated processor for just such an application.
