Console - Universal - Directed Dilithium Resonance Destabilizer is obtained by the players of all factions from the [Discovery: Emerald Chain Lock Box] and [Infinity Lock Box]. This console can be equipped on any ship and can be put into any console slot. Player may only equip one of these consoles.

Using So'Kal's resonance with Dilithium as a guiding conduit, this console is able to create sympathetic resonance with nearby ships' dilithium, creating anomalies in their engine operation and enhancing your own ship's systems. This Universal Console delivers Radiation damage over time to nearby enemies, while altering their engines to speed away unable to turn, while you receive additional Speed and Shield Healing.
