The Console - Universal - Heavy Phaser Lance is obtained from the Phantom Intel Escort (Zen Store, 3,000 , FED Tier 6). This console can only be equipped on the Phantom Intel Escort and the Fleet Phantom Intel Escort, but can be put into any of their console slots. Player may only equip one of these consoles.

Game Description

The Phantom Intel Escort comes equipped with a Heavy Phaser Lance universal console. This devastating weapon is capable of delivering a deadly blast of directed energy at a target that bypasses a portion of the target's shields. Additionally, using the lance on a target that has been made Vulnerable by the Phantom's Active Sensor Arrays causes the weapon to deal significantly more damage and completely bypass the target's shields.

This console provides a passive bonus to Phaser Damage.
