The Console - Universal - Ion Storm Generator is obtained from the Buran Command Dreadnought Cruiser (
Tier 6, 3000 
) and Qoj Command Dreadnought Cruiser (
Tier 6, 3000 ). It can be equipped on any ship and in any console slot. Player may only equip one of these consoles.
Game Description[]
When activated, this console makes your ship the conduit of an ion storm. Electrical bolts will zap from your ship at any and all nearby vessels for the next several seconds, dealing electrical damage. Targets hit multiple times will additionally suffer from an Electrical DoT.
This console also provides a passive boost to Hull Capacity and Shield Capacity. This console may be equipped on any console slot, on any starship. You may only equip one of these consoles.
