The Console - Universal - Portal of the Damned can be obtained by the players of all factions.

Strange technology, capable of tearing open dimensional gates that allow the fiery energies of the Fek'Ihri realm to spill into local space. These openings may also be traversed by entities resembling the Lost Souls of Gre'thor, straight from Klingon folklore.
This console also provides a passive boost to Exotic Damage, as well as Armor Penetration with Weapons affected by a Damage-over-Time effect.
This console can be equipped on any starship, in any console slot. You may only equip one of these consoles.
