Console - Universal - Rebounding Resonant Frequencies is obtained by players of all factions from the Vulcan T'Pau Scout Ship (9 Year Anniversary Event, Cross-Faction T6). This console can be equipped on any ship and can be put into any console slot. Player may only equip one of these consoles.

When activated, this console blasts the target with negative energy that lingers for a short duration, causing all the damage they deal to be reflected back at themselves.
This console also provides a passive boost to Hull Capacity and Weapon Hull Penetration.
