Console - Universal - Swarmer Matrix is obtained by the players of all factions from the [Kelvin Divergence Lock Box] and [Infinity Prize Pack: Cross-Faction or Salvaged Console]. This console can be equipped on any ship and can be put into any console slot. Player may only equip one of these consoles.

Activating this console deploys a series of Altamid Drone swarms that dive through the targeted enemy ship or the nearest target if the original one can no longer be found. The Drones persist for 45 seconds.
Rumored to be from another universe, this heavily modified alien device includes a great deal of reverse-engineered Starfleet technology. This particular console dealt primarily with managing large numbers of autonomous belligerents, and while it appears to have been sabotaged by classical music, it has since been restored to working order.
The console's Unified Subgraphic Coordination matrix proves valuable to other deployed assets, increasing Projectile Weapons Training Skill and providing improved Speed, Turning Speed, and Damage to Hangar Pets and Targetable Torpedoes.
