Console - Universal - VHF Disruptive Transmission is obtained by players of all factions from the Freedom Exploration Frigate ([Special Requisition Choice Pack - Tier 6 Promotional Ship Choice Pack], Tier 6).
This console can be equipped on any ship and can be put into any console slot. Player may only equip one of these consoles.

An unorthodox form of warfare, the VHF Disruptive Transmission uses antiquated communications technology to overload enemy computer systems, particularly those involved in coordinating large numbers of tiny combatants. Those delicate systems can't stand it and are quickly set straight, their navigation methods no better than a crystal ball lacking crystal clarity. The hostile captains are left to sit back and wonder why, hoping it's a mirage, when clearly, it is in fact sabotage.
This console also provides a passive boost to Electrical Damage and Hull Capacity.
