The Danube-class Runabout is a Tier 1 (Level 1) Small Craft which may be flown by Starfleet characters, including Federation-aligned Romulan Republic and Dominion characters. All faction restrictions of this starship can be removed by having a level 65 KDF character or by purchasing the Cross Faction Flying unlock from the Zen Store.

Players can obtain this starship from any Ship and Shuttle Requisitions officer for 34,250 .

Class variants

Danube-class with mission pod	SKIN UNLOCK: Free The Danube-class was introduced in 2368. It can be customized with a mission pod.
Mirror Danube-class with mission pod	SKIN UNLOCK: Mirror Universe Danube Class Runabout The Terran Empire version of the Danube-class.
Yellowstone-class mirror variant	SKIN UNLOCK: Yellowstone Class Runabout, 500 The Yellowstone-class is the latest version of the Starfleet runabout. The Terran hull material can be applied to the Yellowstone if the Mirror Danube-class is available.

Versions

Two non-combat pet versions of this ship exist:

• [Miniaturized Danube Runabout] is the ground non-combat pet, which is a one-time reward from the non-repeatable mission “Gamma Task Force Tier 5”.
• [Danube Runabout] is the space non-combat pet that was made available from testing Season 3 on Tribble.

There are three hangar pet versions available:

Notes

• The Danube Class Runabout model was revamped on June 28, 2018. A new material that more closely resembled the canon studio model was added, and there now exists two variants - Mk 1 (without Rollbar) and Mk 2 (with Rollbar) as seen below in the gallery. Previously customization was limited: only material and color pattern were chosen. The "roll bar" on the top of the craft was not removable.
