Deltans are bipedal humanoid species hailing from planet Delta IV. They are members of the United Federation of Planets and take an Oath of Celibacy when leaving their planet due to the strong effect of their pheromones on other species. (Star Trek: The Motion Picture)

In STO the Deltans are a non-player race.

Zelle is the first Deltan to reach the rank of Admiral in Starfleet.

Physical appearance

Deltans look exactly like Humans but for their hairless scalp. They are regarded as highly attractive by other species. (Star Trek: TMP)

Missions involved

• “Divide et Impera”: Admiral Zelle accompanies the player to the Romulan starbase Vendor Station. Allegedly, outlawed weapons are manufactured there. When the station's crew is eliminated, Zelle is revealed to have been replaced by an Undine infiltrator, who escapes. The fate of the real Zelle remains unknown.
