The Draconians were a pre-industrian race from 20 Draconis b, extinct as of 2410 following a Tzenkethi protomatter attack. Despite being subject to the prime directive, and not formally discovered until 2410, the Draconians had prior contact with Starfleet as far back as the 16th century.
