20 Draconis b is an M-class world in the Alpha Quadrant previously hosting a pre-industrial civilization. It was first encountered by an Alliance power in the 16th century when the crew of Deep Space K-13 was temporally displaced. It was then rediscovered by the Alliance in 2410 shortly after all animal life on the planet was terminated by a Tzenkethi attack.
