  On use of battery, adds a damage buff for weapons batteries, a damage resistance buff for shield batteries, a perception and stealth buff for auxiliary batteries, and a Control Expertise buff for engine batteries. Special non-consumable batteries instead improve power levels for all subsystems by 5.

Notes

• Exocomp is one of the super rare duty officers.
• Some of the ways to obtain it are a duty officer packs (proof), or the “Rare Duty Officer Reassignment” (proof), as an extremely low chance drop. Reassignment taps into the same duty officer pool also used by some duty officer packs and Personnel officer (fed) / Recruitment console (rom) assignments (General Recruitment and department specific cadre), which suggests Exocomp could be obtained from multiple sources.
