The Ferengi Metaphasic Solar Capacitor collects background solar radiation and stores it in a metaphasic matrix. This provides a small passive bonus to shield healing, shield hardness and exotic damage. However, when activated, the Capacitor generates a powerful, but temporary, metaphasic field. As long as the field is active, it improves Shield Hardness, all Shield Healing abilities, and Exotic Damage significantly. Once this effect expires it disables the passive benefits from this console for 2 minutes.

The Nagus Marauder is a tough ship on its own, but the Battle Module 4000 (an advanced version of the famed Battle Module 3000) lets it show its teeth - and we all know "The bigger the smile, the sharper the knife." The Battle Module 4000 enables your ship with an EMP Burst, which will drain the power from pursuing enemy ships. But that's not all. When fully engaged, the Battle Module 4000 will transform your ship, disabling the EMP Probe, but activating an even deadlier Swarm Missile System.

Regular version of this console, which lacks passive bonuses and only reduces enemy subsystem power for 6 seconds, was obtainable with the Ferengi D'Kora Marauder which was discontinued with the release of an improved Tier 6 variant. It may still be found on the exchange and in the Ferengi Lock Box (PC only).
