The Federation Diplomatic Corps is an institution of the United Federation of Planets which is responsible for negotiating treaties with foreign states and maintaining inter-state relations and diplomacy within the Federation.
The Diplomatic Corps offers Federation players non-combat diplomatic missions which award diplomatic XP (DXP 
).
