- The duty officers obtained are not bound and you can use them for :
- upgrade (Reassign - at various Personnel Officers from Starfleet Academy).
- downgrade (Exchange - Uncommon or higher for lower rarity, only at Personnel Officer - same office with Ferra) from Starfleet Academy.
- Contribute in Fleet Starbase Upgrade Projects.
- Assignments.
- Sell or trade with other players.
This item must be used only by the Starfleet Federation faction players.It will provide Starfleet-side doffs.
