Narrel serves the Romulan Republic due to the faction's alliance with both the United Federation of Planets and the Klingon Empire; to him, the Republic's bringing together of two enemies represents Balance. He possesses skills in astrometrics, physics, and exobiology.
Missions involved[ | ]
“Republic Day”: The player visits the bridge of the Lleiset in orbit of New Romulus and meets with Narrel and the rest of his crew.
“A Step Between Stars”: Narrel can be seen among the rest of the Lleiset's senior staff during the briefing at Dyson Joint Command.- “Capture the Flag”: The player rescues Narrel from a Vaadwaur assault in the Lleiset's lounge. He agrees to assist wounded officers and help them make it to the medbay.
