Obex in the Burgus System.
The Obex is an Iconian Dreadnought active in 2409.
Missions involved[ | ]
- “The Return”: The Obex assists the player by destroying a large force of Borg vessels in the Burgus System. It disappears again after sending a cryptic message to the player's ship: "Look upon us and tremble."
Notes[ | ]
- This vessel is labeled "Unidentified Ship" in the mission; therefore "Obex" could actually be the name of the captain.
- A vessel of the same design briefly attacked the player in “Taris”. It may have been the Obex.
- Another such vessel kidnapped Sela's I.R.W. Leahval in “Cutting the Cord”. In Season Ten: The Iconian War, it was replaced with a Quas Cruiser.
- There is a random chance the ship will appear in the Beta Lankal system patrol after defeat of the Tholians. It will warp out after a short time.
