The Section 31 Lock Box is a lockbox containing one of several predefined items listed below. It was available from May 14th, 2019 to September 10th, 2019 on PC, and from June 25th, 2019 to September 10th, 2019 on Console.

During special promotional events Infinity Lock Boxes become available.

There is a random chance to receive one Section 31 Lock Box as a regular loot drop. They are also available to purchase in the Dilithium Store. They require a Master Key to open, which can be purchased from the C-Store for 125 per key, or 1125 for 10 keys.
