The Flagship Technologies Space Set consists of four consoles:

The Timeline Stabilizer is equippable on any starship. The other three consoles can only be equipped on the following vessels:

Timeline Stabilizer
The Console - Universal - Timeline Stabilizer is obtained from the Krenim Science Vessel (6 Year Anniversary Event, 1,000 
, Phoenix Box, Cross-Faction Tier 6).
Game Description[ | ]
The Krenim Science Vessel comes equipped with the Timeline Stabilizer universal console. Activating this console will stabilize any temporal anomalies around your starship. This has the side effect of briefly increasing the flow of time within and around your starship. Enemies affected by this console will suffer a penalty to their recharge times, flight speed and turn rate. Your starship will receive a boost to both recharge times and weapon activation times, per affected foe.
This console also provides a passive reduction to all Science Bridge Officer abilities.

, sold as part of a faction-specific pack: 6000 , sold as part of a Cross-Faction Flagship Bundle: 12000 , Cross-Faction Tier 6). When activated, it provides a substantial boost to damage and damage resistance for a short time. This console's effects are increased by 50% if the starship's current hull hit points are below 50%.
This console also provides a passive bonus to Max HP and Energy Damage Resistance.

Each Science variant Flagship comes equipped with the Dampening Wave Emitter Universal Console. When activated, your starship will emit a Violent Dampening Wave that will disable nearby ships, cause minor radiation damage over time, and dramatically reduce their damage output for a short time.
This console also provides a passive bonus to Maximum Shield Hit Points.

- Prevents the target from using or being affected by Fleet Weapon Acceleration for 60 sec

Each Tactical variant Flagship comes equipped with the Flagship Tactical Computer Universal Console. When activated, this console's ability will provide a substantial increase to flight speed, turn rate and weapons firing rate for your team for a short time.
This console also provides a passive bonus to Directed Energy Damage.
