The Fleet Hiawatha-class Command Carrier is a Tier 6 Science Carrier which may be flown by Starfleet characters, including Federation-aligned Romulan Republic and Dominion characters. All faction restrictions of this starship can be removed by having a level 65 KDF character or by purchasing the Cross Faction Flying unlock from the Zen Store. This starship can be used from any level upon completion of the tutorial experience. As you level up, this ship gains additional hull, weapon slots, and console slots.

Players can obtain this starship from any Ship and Shuttle Requisitions officer for 20,000  and 5 , so long as the player's Fleet has a Tier III Shipyard and one Starbase Military Fleet Ship Provision. If the player already owns the Seneca Command Carrier from the Zen Store, the Fleet Ship Module cost is reduced to 1.

Overview

The fleet version of the Seneca Command Carrier has been updated with the latest technology from your fleet's shipyard. It has slightly improved stats over its counterpart but does not come with a starship trait or special equipment.

The Fleet Hiawatha Command Carrier comes equipped with two wings of Hangar - Support Runabouts.

• Launch Support Runabouts

These are very straightforward pets, intended to be a variant of the existing Runabout hangar pets that sacrifice their Tractor Beam in favor of a support/healing ability, Torpedoes: Nanite Repair Payload.

The Advanced variant of this Pet can be obtained from the Dilithium Store, while the Elite variant is obtainable from the Fleet Starbase with an unlocked Tier V Communications Array.

Inspiration Abilities

The Fleet Hiawatha Command Carrier features special Inspiration Abilities. Every time one of the team members activates a bridge officer ability, player gains an Inspiration point. When the player's Inspiration meter is full, the following abilities become available:

• Turn the Tide

Subsystem Targeting

The Fleet Hiawatha-class Command Carrier comes with built-in Subsystem Targeting abilities. These built-in abilities stay at Rank I and do not automatically rank up when acquiring higher tier Science starships. They are separate from Subsystem Targeting abilities gained through Tactical Space Bridge officer abilities.

Activating a subsystem targeting ability will upgrade all energy weapons to inflict a stacking power drain on the foe's targeted subsystem for the next 10 seconds. They will also have a small chance to knock the targeted subsystem offline for a short duration.

This table shows how the ship's hull strength scales at each level. The base hull of all scaling starships is 10,000, which is then multiplied by the ship's hull modifier (1.375 for the Fleet Hiawatha-class Command Carrier), and then multiplied by the scaling multiplier below at each level.

T6-X upgrade

By using an [Experimental Ship Upgrade Token], the Fleet Hiawatha-class Command Carrier may be upgraded to T6-X, unlocking an extra ship device slot, universal console slot, and the ability to slot an extra starship trait.

Note that upgrading the Seneca Command Carrier, the standard non-fleet version of the Fleet Hiawatha Command Carrier, will not apply the upgrade to this starship.
