The Fleet Kholhr-class Temporal Warbird is a Tier 6 Warbird which may be flown by Romulan Republic characters, as well as characters of any other faction. All faction restrictions of this starship can be removed by having a level 65 KDF character or by purchasing the Cross Faction Flying unlock from the Zen Store. This starship can be used from any level upon completion of the tutorial experience. As you level up, this ship gains additional hull, weapon slots, and console slots.

Players can obtain this starship from any Ship and Shuttle Requisitions officer for 20,000  and 5 , so long as the player's Fleet has a Tier II Shipyard and one Starbase Military Fleet Ship Provision. If the player already owns the Kholhr Temporal Warbird from the Zen Store, the Fleet Ship Module cost is reduced to 1.

Overview

While the Romulan Republic Navy had previously expressed interest in joining the Allied Cooperative Starship Development Board, its priorities were heavily focused on restoring its naval infrastructure and ship-building capacity following the devastation of the Iconian War. The Republic also had to struggle to manage a large influx of former Imperial worlds who wished to join following the disappearance of Empress Sela and the ensuing Iconian Invasion. Now that the legitimacy of the Republic is firmly established, the responsibilities of its navy continue to increase. This rapidly changing reality is one of supply chains and material at scale, and until recently most research and development was allocated to logistical concerns as opposed to military ones. Now, as the situation begins to settle, Republic strategists look forward to sharing the latest developments in ship technology from their allies.

The Kholhr-class Temporal Warbird represents the Romulan Republic's next step forward in allied ship design. Threats to the galaxy continue to amass, demanding ever-better answers. The Kholhr class is the Romulan answer to these threats - a maneuverable, stealthy, powerful vessel, with the firepower to scour from all existence anyone who would threaten New Romulus.

Federation and Klingon Empire Fleets, which Republic officers are part of, have made further upgrades to the Kholhr-class Temporal Warbird. These Fleet Starships are built to the highest standard and have increased Hull Hit Points, Shield Strength and an additional Science Console slot. Tier 6 Fleet ships do not have a 5th Starship Mastery level and thus do not unlock a Starship Trait.

Kholhr class	SKIN UNLOCK: Free The Kholhr class fills in a role of a heavy bomber. The outline of the ship's hull reminds of the T'varo and Malem-class Light Warbirds, but its wings sweep downwards, instead of upwards, and feature additional fins on the top and bottom. The dual-wing configuration visible from underneath reminds of Romulan ship design from Kelvin Timeline.

Temporal Starships are capable of making subtle alterations on the molecular level through the use of Molecular Reconstruction. This technology allows the starship to assume 1 of 3 different Configurations: Offensive, Defensive and Support.

T6-X upgrade

By using an [Experimental Ship Upgrade Token], the Fleet Kholhr-class Temporal Warbird may be upgraded to T6-X, unlocking an extra ship device slot, universal console slot, and the ability to slot an extra starship trait.

Note that upgrading the Kholhr Temporal Warbird, the standard non-fleet version of the Fleet Kholhr Temporal Warbird, will not apply the upgrade to this starship.
