Release date: November 5, 2015
The Fleet T'varo-class Light Warbird is a Tier 6 Warbird which may be flown by Romulan Republic characters, as well as characters of any other faction. All faction restrictions of this starship can be removed by having a level 65 KDF character or by purchasing the Cross Faction Flying unlock from the Zen Store. This starship can be used from any level upon completion of the tutorial experience. As you level up, this ship gains additional hull, weapon slots, and console slots.
Players can obtain this starship from any Ship and Shuttle Requisitions officer for 20,000 and 5 , so long as the player's Fleet has a Tier II Shipyard and one Starbase Military Fleet Ship Provision. If the player already owns the Malem Light Warbird from the Zen Store, the Fleet Ship Module cost is reduced to 1.

Federation and Klingon Empire Fleets, which Republic officers are part of, have made further upgrades to the Malem-class Light Warbirds. These Fleet Starships are built to the highest standard and have increased Hull Hit Points, Shield Strength and an additional Tactical Console slot. Tier 6 Fleet ships do not have a 5th Starship Mastery level and thus do not unlock a Starship Trait.
Purchasing the Legendary T'liss Light Intel Warbird for 12,000 unlocks all existing ship variants.

The T'varo class is based on a design used during the 22nd century. They are similar in design to the T'liss, but with sharper edges and a more dagger-like appearance. T'varo follows standard avian-like design lineage of other Romulan vessels.
SKIN UNLOCK: T'liss Temporal Warbird, 1
The T'liss class dates back to the 23rd century, where one served as the flagship of the Romulan Star Empire. They are relatively simplistic in design, and feature a unique paint scheme depicting a bird-of-prey on the underside.
SKIN UNLOCK: Legendary T'liss Light Intel Warbird, 12,000
The T'Liss Refit as it appeared in the Star Trek: Picard episode "Absolute Candor". This is a slightly modified look for the ship, with some more modern materials to reflect how it had been updated by its captain, Kar Kantar, since the ship's prime.
SKIN UNLOCK: Malem Light Warbird, 3,000
The Malem class is a new Light Warbird variant built by the Romulan Republic in 2410. The Malem follows the standard avian-like design of the original Romulan warbird, but also keeps up with modern design trends, featuring smoother and more organic lines and edges.

The Fleet T'varo Light Warbird doesn't come equipped with any universal consoles.
However, it can equip [Console - Universal - Singularity Stabilizer], [Console - Universal - Plasma Destabilizer] and [Console - Universal - Plasma Warhead Module] which form the Enhanced Projectile Efficiency Set. These consoles are obtainable with T'varo-class Light Warbird (T1), T'varo-class Light Warbird Retrofit (T5) and Malem-class Light Warbird (T6). For each console added after the first, an additional passive bonus is unlocked.
The Fleet T'varo-class Light Warbird features the following specialist seats:
- Lieutenant Commander Universal/Pilot
Romulan Enhanced Battle Cloak
The Fleet T'varo-class Light Warbird has an enhanced battle cloak that allows the ship to cloak during combat, granting stealth and a damage bonus upon decloaking. The enhanced cloak also allows the use of mines, torpedoes, and most Bridge Officer and Captain abilities while remaining cloaked.
The Fleet T'varo-class Light Warbird comes with an Experimental Weapon slot. This additional slot does not fit standard weapons. Unlike standard starship weapons, Experimental weapons are not affected by weapon firing modes, such as those granted by bridge officer abilities.
As a Romulan Warbird, the Fleet T'varo-class Light Warbird comes with built-in Singularity abilities. These abilities do not automatically rank up when acquiring higher tier Warbirds. These powers build in severity based on the charge built up by the ship's Singularity Core.
Romulan starships come with standard equipment and weapons of the lowest mark available at the ship's minimum rank. The items provided are appropriate to the type of vessel and its related playing style.
This starship's equipment slots, base hull capacity and shield capacity scale as your level increases.
Equipment slots and seating
As you rank up every 10 levels, up to level 40, the ship's forward weapon slots, aft weapon slots, tactical console slots, engineering console slots, science console slots and available bridge officer (boff) abilities will slowly increase toward endgame capabilities:
This table shows how the ship's hull strength scales at each level. The base hull of all scaling starships is 10,000, which is then multiplied by the ship's hull modifier (0.99 for the Fleet T'varo-class Light Warbird), and then multiplied by the scaling multiplier below at each level.

By using an [Experimental Ship Upgrade Token], the Fleet T'varo-class Light Warbird may be upgraded to T6-X, unlocking an extra ship device slot, universal console slot, and the ability to slot an extra starship trait.
Note that upgrading the Malem Light Warbird, the standard non-fleet version of the Fleet T'varo Light Warbird, will not apply the upgrade to this starship.
