Captain Gabriel Lorca commanded the U.S.S. Buran during the Klingon War in 2256 until he was swapped with his Terran counterpart at Priors World.

Missions involved

• “Operation Riposte”: Lorca is the main mission contact for the TFO.
• “The Plausibility of the Possible”: The player aids Lorca in defending the Buran against House Mo'Kai as they attempt to recapture Aakar.
• “Impossibility of Reason”: Lorca requests assistance when the Buran comes under heavy fire from Klingon forces led by Aakar. During the battle in an ion storm, the crew of the Buran loses contact with Lorca, and the vessel self-destructs shortly thereafter.
• “The Measure of Morality (Part 1)”: Lorca appears as a simulacrum.
