The Gagarin-class Miracle Worker Battlecruiser is a Tier 6 Battlecruiser which may be flown by Starfleet characters, including Federation-aligned Romulan Republic and Dominion characters. All faction restrictions of this starship can be removed by having a level 65 KDF character or by purchasing the Cross Faction Flying unlock from the Zen Store. This starship can be used from any level upon completion of the tutorial experience. As you level up, this ship gains additional hull, weapon slots, and console slots.

Players can obtain this starship from the Zen Store for 3,000 . This ship can be purchased individually, or as part of the Discovery Operations Pack for 12,000 .

Purchasing this starship will unlock a Fleet Ship Module discount when purchasing the Fleet Shepard Miracle Worker Battlecruiser.

Overview

The Gagarin-class Miracle Worker Battlecruiser is a powerful Federation Battlecruiser, using the latest innovations and technology to make dream goals of the past reality today. It draws inspiration from many of the experiments attempted by the Shepard-class Battlecruisers of the 23rd century.

Shepard class (Mirror)	SKIN UNLOCK: Mirror Gagarin Warship, 20 The Terran counterpart to the Shepard-class features a darker hull material, emblazoned with the insignia of the Terran Empire, circa 2256.
Gagarin class	SKIN UNLOCK: Free with this starship OR Mirror Gagarin Warship, 20 Named for the ill-fated 23rd century ship of the same name, advancements and coordination with Starfleet's allies have been able to make unique, energy-intensive systems work. The Gagarin-class was designed to give it the potential for such miraculous systems in the 25th century, notably utilizing unique EPS conduit routing and new advanced Tactical Matrices. The Gagarin also comes with a "Beta" set of Prime universe nacelles, which feature Federation insignia and red bussard caps as opposed to the normal orange bussard caps. These nacelles are manually selected through Ship Customization.

The Mirror Gagarin also comes with a "Beta" set of Mirror universe nacelles, which feature Terran insignia and orange bussard caps as opposed to the "Terran" red bussard caps. These nacelles are manually selected through Ship Customization.

Innovation Effects

The Gagarin-class Miracle Worker Battlecruiser features built-in Innovation mechanic which requires activation of three bridge officer abilities corresponding to colors on the Innovation display window. Successfully matching the colors will automatically trigger the available Innovation effect for 10 seconds. One of six possible Innovation effects will be randomly selected each time the Innovation mechanic refreshes.

T6-X upgrade

By using an [Experimental Ship Upgrade Token], the Gagarin-class Miracle Worker Battlecruiser may be upgraded to T6-X, unlocking an extra ship device slot, universal console slot, and the ability to slot an extra starship trait.

Note that upgrading the Fleet Shepard Miracle Worker Battlecruiser, the fleet version of the Gagarin Miracle Worker Battlecruiser, will not apply the upgrade to this starship.

• As of September 2019, the Gagarin-class was the most popular choice for players to use the free T6 ship coupon obtained from the first event campaign. [1]
• The Gagarin-class was released as issue #1 in the Star Trek Online Starships Collection. It was represented by the U.S.S. Gagarin (NCC-97930).
• The model was revamped in 2021 as part of Season Twenty-four: Reflections and was given access to the new Type 7A hull material type.
• The Gagarin-class made an appearance as part of the armada featured in "The Star Gazer", the first episode of Star Trek: Picard season 2. It became one of the first four Star Trek Online starship designs to be featured in a televised Star Trek production. The model revamp took place to increase its fidelity for its appearance in the series. [2]
