Gumato Companion is a non-combat pet.
The Gumato is a large ape-like carnivore. Native to the planet Neural, Gumato are covered in orange fur and grow both horns on their heads and spines on their backs during adulthood.
The Gumato is a summonable, non-combat pet. It does not use a device slot, but must be in your inventory to be summoned. Starfleet and Klingon Empire officers may own a Gumato companion!
Obtaining[]
The Gumato Companion was a limited time reward available during a joint Raptr & Star Trek Online promotional event. To obtain the pet, players had to fulfill several criteria during the event.
- Sign up for Raptr
- Link a Facebook account and Raptr account
- Install the Raptr client and use as the loader for Star Trek Online
- Rank as 'Experienced' or above in Star Trek Online
Once the reward was unlocked in Raptr, the player would be given a key which could be entered into their Perfect World account to unlock the reward in Star Trek Online. Afterward, any character on the account could obtain the Gumato Companion from the Zen Store by purchasing the "Raptr Tier 2 Reward" under the Items category.
