The Hirogen Apex-class Heavy Battlecruiser is a Tier 5 (Level 40) Battlecruiser which may be flown by characters of any faction.

Players can obtain this starship from the Lobi Crystal Consortium for 800 . The boxed ship is not bound and so may be traded to other players or bought and sold on the Exchange for energy credits under the name [Special Requisition Pack - Hirogen Apex Heavy Battlecruiser].

Overview

The Hirogen Apex Heavy Battlecruiser is a truly fearsome vessel that is well suited to hunting down even the most deadly prey. The Apex-class lacks the maneuverability of its Hunter-class counterpart, but compensates with tremendous hull and shield strength.

SKIN UNLOCK: Free with this starship With an appearance derived from the large Hirogen ships seen in the Star Trek: Voyager episode Flesh and Blood, the Apex-class is a monster of a ship, with an in-game model as large as the Vo'Quv Carrier (1300m). The prominent command section and massive body give the ship the appearance of something that could take an immense beating and still come back for more.
