A hologram is a holographic projection, usually in humanoid form, able to interact with people. Sentient holograms are considered photonic lifeforms.
Holograms can come in all shapes and sizes. Starship-mounted or personal holo-emitters are used as a disguise and can be purchased at the Gold-Pressed Latinum Store. Science Vessels are also able to project an entire fleet of holographic ships.
