- In “Mine Enemy”, the recovered Tal Shiar file "Referendum" lists Ambassador Jirok as visiting Andoria; comparing this to intelligence records which state that Jirok visited Vulcan and correcting it gives part of the pass key to decode the file "Reciprocity".
